He took his time for two reasons. The first being she seemed nervous and he didn't want to rush into it and scare her off. But more importantly, he wanted a chance to savor every moment of it. Years of building up to this moment, and the satisfaction of such a delayed gratification would be ruined if he just rushed into it.

He'd just pushed the blouse free of her arms, ready to toss it aside, when he leaned back at her words. He'd been a gentleman before. Sort of. Sometimes. When he wanted to be. And it suited him. Okay, maybe not a lot. He twisted briefly to drop her blouse on the bar, before saying, "Well, in that case..." He reached a hand behind her neck, leaning in while he pulled her closer, to go for an intensely deep, and passionate kiss.

Chloe shut her eyes and met him in the middle, her lips pressing against his, waiting for him to push it forward before she fully let herself fall into it. Her hands moved up to cup his cheeks, and whatever fears she might have had melted away under the heat of his mouth. Chloe finally pulled away only because she had to breathe, and her fingers trailed delicately across his jaw.

"So, my shirt's off," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "What's next?"

In response he only let out a low, almost devious chuckle before surging forward to kiss her again. Aggressive and hungry for it. While the one hand stayed in her hair, the other slid over her side and around her back. With deft fingers, he unfastened the clasp of her bra. His fingers then trailed back around to start pulling it free. Haltingly and blindly, as he was also focused on relocating them. Slowly guiding them in the vague direction of the couch.

She wasn't quite prepared for that response, but she wasn't complaining, either, although Chloe might have thought she could, somehow, have a heart attack with how her heart felt like it wanted to fight its way out of her chest.

Allowing him to guide them, she struggled to seek out the parts of him that needed to be stripped away as they stumbled along. Chloe managed to wrestle off the rest of his shirt and then her fingers immediately dropped to the waist of his pants, her fingers hooking under them to pull him closer to her. Reaching the buttons wasn't easy, with her eyes closed and her mouth passionately preoccupied exploring his, but she did manage to get one undone before she felt her calves his the couch cushions.
